IT Support Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an End-User Computing & IT Support Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows 10/11 devices and Microsoft 365 applications
• Assist with user account administration in Entra ID and support remote users in a zero-trust environment
• Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases while maintaining high customer service standards

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or end-user computing roles
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications
• Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud-based user administration
• Experience supporting devices managed by Microsoft Intune
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, identity, and connectivity issues
