Job Summary

A company is looking for a Campus IT Support Administrator to provide technical support and customer service to staff and students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to end-user inquiries via phone, email, or work order system in a timely manner
  • Support Windows-based and limited Macintosh computers, including deployment and configuration of hardware and software
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and complete assigned work orders with a high closure rate
Required Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 2016/2019
  • Experience with wired/wireless networking hardware and office productivity software
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer technology discipline preferred or relevant professional certifications
  • Ability to find solutions to unfamiliar problems with minimal assistance
  • Experience with a work order system, such as Samanage, is desirable
