Job Summary
Passionate about customer service and technology, the full-time IT Support Administrator will oversee a third-party IT support team managing Tier 1-3 tickets, handle escalated issues, and drive the adoption of approved AI tools in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support and administer core enterprise environments, including Microsoft 365 and Salesforce, while maintaining knowledge of other hosted services
- Manage the relationship and operations with a third-party IT support provider, ensuring consistent user experience and effective issue resolution
- Monitor support performance metrics, lead service reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience (4 years)
- Minimum 2+ years in a customer-facing IT support or systems administration role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
- Accreditations such as A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Familiarity with enterprise AI enablement concepts and security/compliance controls relevant to productivity tooling
