Key Responsibilities

Address and resolve incidents and requests, logging and updating all related information

Safeguard personal identifying information (PII) and protect agency networks and applications

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience with child support related system projects
Extensive experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS), MS Office, and SharePoint
Ability to identify and translate business process training for various audiences
Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Strong analytical skills
