Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and ensure a secure user experience for a remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality IT support by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across macOS and Windows environments
  • Maintain and support endpoint devices by setting up, configuring, and managing user laptops and peripherals remotely
  • Assist with patch management and security compliance by supporting patch deployment and monitoring device performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role with a focus on customer service
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Experience with user account management in Azure Active Directory and other IT systems
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
