Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and ensure a secure user experience for a remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality IT support by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across macOS and Windows environments
- Maintain and support endpoint devices by setting up, configuring, and managing user laptops and peripherals remotely
- Assist with patch management and security compliance by supporting patch deployment and monitoring device performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role with a focus on customer service
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with user account management in Azure Active Directory and other IT systems
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
