Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Deployment Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote technical support for restaurant technology and maintain ownership of deployment-related tasks
  • Cross-train to support various programs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors and the Service Desk
  • Analyze customer workflows and facilitate operational support, while documenting troubleshooting processes for team use
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1+ year of IT Help Desk and customer service experience
  • Strong technical understanding of computer concepts and troubleshooting
  • Business knowledge to problem solve and lead less experienced team members
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, and/or CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certifications preferred
  • Availability for rotational night and weekend support
