IT Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver financial and operational reports on property tax management systems and assist in creating custom dashboards
• Support budgeting and cost optimization strategies for IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with financial audits
• Assist in planning and executing IT-driven projects, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communications across departments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, finance, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Previous experience in IT analysis, finance reporting, or executive administration, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Experience with financial systems, cloud-based solutions, and databases
• Strong understanding of IT security principles related to financial data protection
• Experience with ERP systems or property tax management platforms is beneficial
