Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Generalist/Support Analyst to provide multi-tier technical support and administer key enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide multi-tier technical support (Tier 1-3) for hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and administration of enterprise applications such as SIS, CRM, and LMS
  • Participate in cross-functional support, training, and technology implementation projects
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; bachelor's preferred
  • Three years of combined experience in IT support, systems administration, or application support
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Experience configuring or supporting enterprise applications such as SIS, CRM, or LMS
  • Ability to work forty hours per week, including possible evening or weekend work
