Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst II to provide remote technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support for desktop PCs, mobile devices, VPN connectivity, and on-call assistance
  • Manage user access, incidents, service interruptions, and downtimes to ensure reliable end-user experiences
  • Analyze HL7 messages and recurring system issues, implementing permanent solutions in collaboration with resources
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience supporting healthcare IT environments, including PACS systems and radiology workflows
  • Proficiency in software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and network support
  • Prior healthcare IT experience with effective on-call support capabilities
  • Strong customer service skills with critical thinking abilities
