Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst II to provide remote technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for desktop PCs, mobile devices, VPN connectivity, and on-call assistance
- Manage user access, incidents, service interruptions, and downtimes to ensure reliable end-user experiences
- Analyze HL7 messages and recurring system issues, implementing permanent solutions in collaboration with resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience supporting healthcare IT environments, including PACS systems and radiology workflows
- Proficiency in software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and network support
- Prior healthcare IT experience with effective on-call support capabilities
- Strong customer service skills with critical thinking abilities
