Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and manage user onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal users by managing support tickets and ensuring service levels are met
- Onboard new employees by setting up technology equipment and access accounts
- Maintain asset inventory and ensure functionality of printers and video conferencing equipment
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Information Technology or equivalent experience and certifications
- 1-2 years of Desktop Support and customer service experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a cloud environment tech stack (e.g., Office 365, Azure)
- 1-2 years of experience working with a ticketing system (e.g., JSM, Service Now)
- 1-2 years of Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience, such as Intune or Jamf
