- Provide Tier 2 support for IT projects, system upgrades, and application testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across various devices and platforms
- Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain device upkeep
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology or equivalent education and experience
- Strong customer service skills with experience supporting executive-level personnel
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
