Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2 support for IT projects, system upgrades, and application testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across various devices and platforms
  • Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain device upkeep
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology or equivalent education and experience
  • Strong customer service skills with experience supporting executive-level personnel
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
