Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and improve user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently resolve complex technical issues for local and remote users
  • Lead onboarding and IT setup for new hires, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Maintain and enhance asset tracking and documentation processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, or 3+ years with an advanced degree
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administrative tasks
  • Experience supporting both Windows and MacOS workstations
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and identity/mobile device management tools
