Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and improve user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently resolve complex technical issues for local and remote users
- Lead onboarding and IT setup for new hires, ensuring a smooth experience
- Maintain and enhance asset tracking and documentation processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, or 3+ years with an advanced degree
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administrative tasks
- Experience supporting both Windows and MacOS workstations
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and identity/mobile device management tools
