Job Summary

Providing remote IT support to over 4000 users, the full-time IT Support Analyst I will manage end-user troubleshooting, ticket prioritization, and account maintenance while ensuring high levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Support and prioritize IT support tickets related to hardware, applications, and mobile devices
  • Create and maintain user accounts and distribution lists through MS Active Directory/Azure/Entra and O365 admin portal
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software packages and maintain asset inventory tracking
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred
  • 3 years of experience in a helpdesk or desktop support position required
  • Technical certifications such as A+, Network +, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting and data gathering
