Job Summary
To ensure reliable technology operations, the fully remote IT Support Analyst will manage hardware asset lifecycle, coordinate device provisioning, and serve as an escalation point for support desk issues while collaborating with various teams across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end hardware asset management, including procurement and security compliance
- Manage laptop lifecycle processes and ensure timely device provisioning and configuration
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues while coordinating with vendors
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience supporting IT systems for small to medium-sized businesses
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or SOC preferred
- Experience participating in IT projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions
