Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day identity and access management operations, the full-time IT Support Analyst will manage user provisioning, provide end-user support for authentication issues, and handle IAM incidents remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Process user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning activities in accordance with established policies
  • Provide end-user support for authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and password resets
  • Manage IAM incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
Required qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, IAM operations, or enterprise user access management
  • Experience with Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity management concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to authentication and access issues
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
