Job Summary

Providing IT support to end users, the full-time IT Support Analyst will troubleshoot desktop PCs, mobile devices, and VPN connectivity while managing user access and service interruptions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for end users, including desktop and mobile device support
  • Manage user access and incidents to ensure a reliable end-user experience
  • Document IT processes and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience supporting healthcare IT environments, including PACS systems
  • Proficiency with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Prior Healthcare IT experience with the ability to provide effective on-call support
  • Strong customer service skills with critical thinking abilities
