IT Support Analyst
Job Summary
Providing proactive monitoring and support, the remote IT Support Analyst will focus on maintaining data center infrastructure and business-critical applications during night shifts, ensuring reliability and issue resolution across various IT environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and support data center infrastructure, software environments, and batch job flows
- Perform server reboots and assist with technical escalations and incident management
- Participate in project teams and ongoing cross-training initiatives to enhance technical knowledge
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- One year of related work experience, or three years of experience with a high school diploma/GED
- Experience with Windows server and desktop operating systems
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Citrix
- Familiarity with Linux and UNIX server operating systems
