Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst I to provide first-level technical support remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and determine the best solutions based on customer issues
  • Record events and problems, follow up on customer status, and suggest improvements to procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Industry-specific certifications such as HDI, MCP, Network+, and A+ preferred; HDI certification required within 1 year of hire
  • 1 - 2 years of experience providing IT technical support preferred
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common business applications
