Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst I to provide first-level technical support to employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, chat, and email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve customer issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Record incidents and resolutions, and follow up on customer status and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Preferred industry certifications include HDI, MCP, Network+, and A+; HDI certification required within 1 year of hire
  • 1-2 years of experience providing IT technical support preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MAC OS, and various software platforms
