IT Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Associate to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first line support for internal IT requests and issues via Slack and email
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and documentation
• Maintain internal IT documentation and support application access management

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
• Familiarity with MacOS and common business software
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work during core business hours in the US
• Curious and eager to learn new tools and systems
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
