IT Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITS Associate II - Afterhours (AOM).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users, documenting support calls and resolutions
• Respond to and troubleshoot IT support requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system
• Provide remote support and ensure compliance with security and HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in corporate Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems
• Experience maintaining thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, and scanners
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
