Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Associate to provide basic IT systems support to end users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic IT systems support and respond to technical support requests
Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution
Assist in real-time resolution of support issues and escalate calls as needed

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in a computer technology field preferred
Three years of computer systems related experience or equivalent education and experience
Two years of proprietary software support experience and one year of Windows OS troubleshooting experience
Strong computer knowledge, including Windows OS, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift between 20 and 40 pounds
