Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Associate to provide entry-level technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve a high volume of simple to moderately complex IT issues from customers
- Document and track customer issues in the call tracking system to ensure timely resolution
- Provide after-hours support as needed and escalate calls to appropriate departments
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support
- Basic understanding of IT systems and computer issues
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with call tracking systems is a plus
- Willingness to provide support after hours as required
