Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Associate to provide entry-level technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve a high volume of simple to moderately complex IT issues from customers
  • Document and track customer issues in the call tracking system to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide after-hours support as needed and escalate calls to appropriate departments
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and computer issues
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with call tracking systems is a plus
  • Willingness to provide support after hours as required
