IT Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Consultant to provide support to clients on installed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and resolve functional and technical incidents
• Identify root causes and propose solutions, including developing hotfixes in Java/Spring Boot and PL/SQL
• Ensure service levels (SLA) are met and provide support via ticketing tools, email, or online meetings

Required Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent practical experience with programming knowledge, preferably in Java/Spring Boot and PL/SQL
• Previous experience in application support or critical operating environments is desirable
• Ability to debug logs and work with monitoring tools
• Willingness to participate in support on-call duties and travel to client sites if necessary
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus
