Job Summary

Serving as the first line of support for end users, the full-time remote IT Support Coordinator will manage troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues while provisioning IT resources and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial contact for resolving employee hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provision IT resources and ensure security configurations align with company policies for new hires
  • Support IT security policies and assist with access control management and device security compliance
Required qualifications:
  • Associates degree or relevant tech certifications preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a tier 1 IT helpdesk position required
  • In-depth knowledge of provisioning and supporting Macbook and Chromebook devices
  • Strong experience with SaaS technologies such as Okta and Google Workspace Administration
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services like MDM and SSO with an understanding of endpoint security controls
