Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Desk Technician for their Fargo, ND location.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to employees on system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking records for technology-related equipment
• Coordinate training sessions for employees on new equipment and software upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of technology principles and techniques relevant to a business environment
• Proficiency in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with troubleshooting mainstream applications and sleep diagnostic equipment
• Familiarity with database and networking security systems
• At least three years of customer service experience in a related IT role
