Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Desk Technician fluent in English and able to work remotely in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, support, and configure Microsoft 365 and related services
Deploy and provision new users and equipment while assisting with account administration
Monitor hardware inventory and provide end-user training

Required Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Defender, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online)
Experience with Windows 11 in a Hybrid Identity environment
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and develop computer/IT skills
