Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time IT Support Desk Technician will focus on employee onboarding, account provisioning, and day-to-day help desk operations while working onsite during Pacific Time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to internal and external users through various communication channels
- Manage support ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including account creation and hardware deployment
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments, including Windows 10 and 11
- Proficient in Active Directory administration and Microsoft 365 support
- Experience with PC deployment, endpoint security, and remote user support
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and mobile device management solutions
- Experience in the mortgage banking, lending, or real estate industry is preferred
