Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage frontline IT support and endpoint operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and network issues
- Administer identity and access workflows using Okta and manage endpoint operations with Workspace ONE
- Maintain internal documentation and improve onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or operations, preferably in a remote environment
- Experience administering Okta or similar identity providers
- Hands-on experience with modern MDM tools, ideally Workspace ONE
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration
- Ability to prioritize tasks and build efficient systems
