Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage frontline IT support and endpoint operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and network issues
  • Administer identity and access workflows using Okta and manage endpoint operations with Workspace ONE
  • Maintain internal documentation and improve onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or operations, preferably in a remote environment
  • Experience administering Okta or similar identity providers
  • Hands-on experience with modern MDM tools, ideally Workspace ONE
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and build efficient systems
