IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and manage IT services for internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact support for internal customers in the North America region
• Manage user accounts, hardware installation, and software deployment across devices
• Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects and drive process automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
• Experience with MDM solutions and identity management systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Local Active Directory management
• Experience with PowerShell for process automation
