Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and manage IT operations for internal customers globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first point of contact support for internal customers in the North America region
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and hardware procurement while ensuring reliable service
  • Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects and automate operational tasks using scripting technologies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
  • Experience with MDM solutions and identity management systems
  • Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 and managing Local Active Directory
  • Experience with PowerShell for automation tasks
