Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technology needs of the global team, focusing on various operating systems and platforms
• Act as the first point of contact for user IT requests and provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer the cloud-first IT environment and improve networking infrastructure while maintaining documentation and IT inventory

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or technical support roles
• Extensive experience in supporting and troubleshooting cross-platform environments
• Experience with MDM solutions and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Proactive and security-minded with knowledge of InfoSec best practices
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
