Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their technology team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop information systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Identify and resolve automation and IT bugs while collaborating with System Architects
Support IT administration tasks including employee onboarding and offboarding automation

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in building IT solutions and automations
Experience with Hubspot and Zapier or similar platforms
Working experience with Okta
Experience in an Agile environment or willingness to work in one
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
