IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for Mac and Windows devices, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Manage and maintain endpoint devices, implementing security policies and monitoring software updates
• Assist with identity management, VPN support, and administration of Google Workspace and other productivity tools

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or related fields
• Experience supporting a SaaS environment and with Google Workspace administration
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and MacOS operating systems
• Familiarity with networking protocols and endpoint management tools
• Experience with security tools and identity management systems
