IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the technical deployment and configuration of solutions in private cloud and secure AWS environments
• Provide Tier 2/3 operational support and troubleshooting for cloud-hosted environments
• Ensure adherence to security policies and compliance requirements while administering user access and preparing for audits

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Cloud Operations, or Systems Administration
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, RDS, VPC, and IAM
• Experience with deployment and administration of enterprise applications in Linux environments
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals in a cloud context
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to US government data, such as NIST SP 800-171 or CMMC
