Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to help scale internal IT processes and provide support to a globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure new joiners have the right hardware, software, and access for a smooth onboarding experience
  • Resolve help desk requests and support employees with technical issues
  • Administer and maintain the Google Workspace environment and manage IT equipment lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
  • Experience in hardware management, including procurement and logistics
  • Proficient in administering Google Workspace in a company setting
  • Familiarity with security best practices and their implementation
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware or software issues, especially with MacOS
