Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to help scale internal IT processes and provide support to a globally distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure new joiners have the right hardware, software, and access for a smooth onboarding experience
- Resolve help desk requests and support employees with technical issues
- Administer and maintain the Google Workspace environment and manage IT equipment lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
- Experience in hardware management, including procurement and logistics
- Proficient in administering Google Workspace in a company setting
- Familiarity with security best practices and their implementation
- Experience troubleshooting hardware or software issues, especially with MacOS
