IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer - IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Level 1 IT support tickets in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot common endpoint issues and assist with onboarding tasks
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory and assist with routine system maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or technical support role
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments
• Familiarity with Jamf, Microsoft Intune, or other endpoint management tools
• Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 administration
• Eagerness to learn and grow technical skills in cloud infrastructure and systems administration
