Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support / Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tier-1 and tier-2 IT support, resolving issues and maintaining customer service standards
  • Manage and prioritize tickets in Jira Service Management, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of incidents
  • Support endpoint deployment and device management across macOS and Windows environments
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments, including device management platforms
  • Hands-on administration experience with at least three productivity or collaboration platforms
  • Working knowledge of SOC II compliance principles and security best practices
  • Experience using Jira Service Management or comparable ticketing systems
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technology
