Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support / Systems Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tier-1 and tier-2 IT support, resolving issues and maintaining customer service standards
- Manage and prioritize tickets in Jira Service Management, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of incidents
- Support endpoint deployment and device management across macOS and Windows environments
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments, including device management platforms
- Hands-on administration experience with at least three productivity or collaboration platforms
- Working knowledge of SOC II compliance principles and security best practices
- Experience using Jira Service Management or comparable ticketing systems
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technology
