Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support and improve systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own IT support operations, serving as the initial point of contact for hardware, software, and access requests
  • Build scalable automations and AI workflows to streamline provisioning and routine operational work
  • Administer core SaaS tools and manage user provisioning and access management
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on IT Support, Engineering, or Systems Administration experience
  • Experience supporting and administering MacOS devices and common SaaS tools
  • Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, with Okta experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to develop complex automations using tools like Okta Workflows or similar
  • Experience within a high-growth B2C or SaaS startup environment
