Job Summary

A company is looking for a MSP IT Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients and manage support tickets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support issues, escalating Level 3 tickets as necessary
  • Document configurations, deploy hardware, and assist with software installations and migrations
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in IT support at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug/nicotine screening
  • Relevant technical certifications preferred
  • Knowledge of wireless network troubleshooting
  • Experience with Office 365 email configuration
