Job Summary
A company is looking for a MSP IT Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients and manage support tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support issues, escalating Level 3 tickets as necessary
- Document configurations, deploy hardware, and assist with software installations and migrations
Required Qualifications
- Experience in IT support at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug/nicotine screening
- Relevant technical certifications preferred
- Knowledge of wireless network troubleshooting
- Experience with Office 365 email configuration
