Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to investigate and resolve issues across internal systems and global products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to internal and global products
  • Maintain and update the internal knowledge base with clear, structured documentation of solutions
  • Manage user access provisioning in accordance with established security policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support, system administration, access management, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of access management principles, including user lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege principles
  • Basic proficiency in Python (or another programming language) and SQL
  • Experience with AI development is considered an advantage
