IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time IT Support Engineer will manage server infrastructure in Windows or Linux environments while working remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Drive innovation and efficiency in cloud infrastructure operations through integration and service delivery
• Facilitate after-hours infrastructure deployment efforts and support development and QA teams as needed

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English (B2 or C1 preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with server infrastructure management in Windows or Linux
• Strong familiarity with Linux or Windows Server platforms
• Basic understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Ruby, or Python
• Familiarity with Azure, and experience with AWS or GCP is acceptable
