IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Engineer, the full-time position will focus on maintaining IT infrastructure, improving internal automation tools, and resolving user-reported issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure and manage support requests, dedicating 75% of time to these tasks
• Create and implement internal technical solutions to enhance employee productivity and ensure a HIPAA-compliant environment
• Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution for employee issues, including creating scripts and automations using programming languages like Python and Bash

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or higher degree
• At least 2 years of experience in IT
• Familiarity with web apps such as Slack, Google WorkSpace, and Zoom Admin
• Experience in technical quality assurance and documentation
• Any relevant technical certifications are welcomed
