Job Summary
Working remotely on a 12-month contract basis, the IT Support Engineer will provide Level 2 technical support for corporate stakeholders, focusing on CRM marketing platforms and ensuring efficient operations with minimal disruption.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as Level 2 technical support for CRM products, assisting properties, brands, and internal engineering teams
- Manage and respond to ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely resolution of service requests related to platform configuration and troubleshooting
- Train staff on CRM and marketing platform usage, processes, and best practices while acting as a point of escalation for complex technical issues
Required qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise CRM and marketing technology platforms in a corporate environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365, Citrix, Braze, Smartling, Sageflo, and ServiceNow
- At least 3 years of experience in large corporate enterprise IT support roles
- Associate's degree or relevant technical certification required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine desire to provide high levels of customer service
