IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely during West Coast hours, the full-time IT Support Engineer will manage IT support coverage, create a user-friendly technology environment, and implement security policies to safeguard patient data.

Key responsibilities

• Create an intuitive technology environment for team members
• Provide primary IT support during West Coast hours for a mostly remote team
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and device management

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support or operations role
• Experience administering systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Proficiency in supporting Apple hardware and managing device lifecycles for remote workforces
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on end-user experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
