IT Support Engineer
Job Summary
Providing day-to-day technical support, the full-time hybrid IT Support Engineer will deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint devices and business applications while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across various corporate and retail environments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for Windows and macOS systems, mobile devices, and business applications
- Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint security issues, escalating complex problems as needed
Required qualifications
- Some experience providing IT support in Windows and macOS environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Teams
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and hardware asset management
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for technology
