IT Support Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Generalist-Support Analyst who provides multi-tier technical support and administers key enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for hardware, software, and operating systems
• Assist with the configuration and administration of enterprise applications such as SIS, CRM, and LMS
• Participate in cross-training and support technology implementation projects

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; bachelor's preferred
• Three years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or application support
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Experience configuring or supporting enterprise applications like SIS, CRM, or LMS
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including possible evening or weekend shifts
