Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Generalist-Support Analyst who provides multi-tier technical support and administers key enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for hardware, software, and operating systems
- Assist with the configuration and administration of enterprise applications such as SIS, CRM, and LMS
- Participate in cross-training and support technology implementation projects
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; bachelor's preferred
- Three years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or application support
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Experience configuring or supporting enterprise applications like SIS, CRM, or LMS
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including possible evening or weekend shifts
