Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Help Desk Representative 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with cross-organizational entities to escalate trouble tickets and restore service quickly
  • Assist with basic end-user support and respond to trouble calls/alerts/emails in a timely manner
  • Follow system security procedures, establish user accounts, and improve documentation for problem analysis
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work any shift during normal operating hours, including weekends
  • Familiarity with ticket tracking systems
  • Understanding of system security procedures and guidelines
