Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Help Desk Representative 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with cross-organizational entities to escalate trouble tickets and restore service quickly
- Assist with basic end-user support and respond to trouble calls/alerts/emails in a timely manner
- Follow system security procedures, establish user accounts, and improve documentation for problem analysis
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work any shift during normal operating hours, including weekends
- Familiarity with ticket tracking systems
- Understanding of system security procedures and guidelines
