Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative 2, IT Support - Helpdesk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and track internal user problems, resolving or escalating them as necessary
  • Ensure service-level agreements are met and prepare reports on team productivity
  • Educate users on system operations and manage the resolution of trouble tickets
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in IT support
  • Experience with ticket tracking systems
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of computer literacy and troubleshooting techniques
