Job Summary
A company is looking for a Representative 2, IT Support - Helpdesk.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and track internal user problems, resolving or escalating them as necessary
- Ensure service-level agreements are met and prepare reports on team productivity
- Educate users on system operations and manage the resolution of trouble tickets
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in IT support
- Experience with ticket tracking systems
- Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of computer literacy and troubleshooting techniques
