IT Support Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Instructor (IT Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for students pursuing careers in IT Support, including daily instruction and assessment
• Provide resources for outside learning and support individualized student achievement plans
• Maintain and update student records and training materials in Salesforce and/or LMS

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of teaching or training experience
• Strong technical background in IT support fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical/industry experience
• Relevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
• At least three years of experience in an IT support role
